ARE YOU A RISK TAKER

Ever jumped out of a perfectly good plane? Jump off a bridge with a rubber-band attached to your leg? Ever witness to someone you don’t know? Because we are Christians, we should be people of boldness - people of faith.

Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.Heb 11:1

Here are some of the well-known Old Testament characters being risk-takers

Noah - to build a boat bigger than a 747 in a world that never experienced rain

Gideon - He took on an army of 10's of thousands with an army of 300

Peter - He stepped out of a boat that was still in deep water

Moses - boldly marched back into pharaohs palace after running away 40 years

Today - missionaries all around the world are risking their lives to live in countries that are violently opposed to Christianity and the spread of the gospel.

Men who have risked their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Acts 15:26
