KNOWING HOW TO THROW THE NET

Living in the Low-Country for thirty years, one thing I had to learn was how to cast a shrimp net. Some use the over the shoulder technique, some use in the mouth grab. Both work really well, unless you have dentures!

"Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some." When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.John 21

Simon Peter knew how to throw the net, but like me he was having problem finding the catch. He had to take advice from Jesus on where to throw the net.

Are we willing to take Jesus advice on where to cast the net? Survey’s say it take 27 believers to lead 1 person to Christ. Sounds like their is a problem on where we are casting.

Are we casting where the fish have already been caught?
